Terms of Service

Sole is a software service that screens incoming phone calls on your behalf. When you forward an unanswered call to the phone number we provide, an AI assistant answers, asks who is calling and why, and sends you a text-message summary of the call. You can reply to that summary with simple commands (such as to block a caller, call them back, or ignore).

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the service. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You sign in using a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, including a phone number you own and control.

• The service is offered on a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance through our payment processor.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
• We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

The service records and processes calls that are forwarded to your screening number in order to screen them and generate your summaries. Our AI assistant informs callers at the start of the call that it may be recorded.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with the laws that apply to you, including call-recording and consent laws, which vary by state and may require all parties to consent to recording. You agree to use the service only to screen calls to a phone line you own or are authorized to control, and not for any unlawful purpose.

The service is not a telephone carrier and is not a substitute for emergency services. Do not rely on it to receive or relay time-critical, emergency, medical, or safety-related calls. The AI may misunderstand, mischaracterize, miss, or fail to screen a call.

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal activity; forward calls from a line you do not control; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or use it to harass, defraud, or harm others.

The service relies on third-party providers for telephony, AI voice, language processing, payments, and hosting. Their availability and performance are outside our control, and the service is subject to their terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI's screening or summaries will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oserion Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed, delayed, or mischaracterized calls. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Oserion Technologies harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, including call-recording laws.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service unlawfully.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
