This Privacy Policy explains how Oserion Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with Sole, our AI call-screening service. The service is offered to users in the United States.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, time zone, and any notes you add to personalize screening.

Call information:when a call is forwarded to your screening number, we process the caller's phone number, an audio recording of the call, a transcript, and an AI-generated summary. This includes information about the people who call you.

Your replies: the text messages you send us in response to summaries (for example, to block or call back a contact).

Payment information: subscription payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details; we receive limited billing information such as subscription status.

Technical and usage information: logs, device and connection data, and error reports we use to operate and secure the service.

2. Information about callers

To screen your calls, we necessarily process information about the people who call you — their phone number, their voice during the call, and what they say. Our AI assistant notifies callers at the start of the call that it may be recorded. We use this information only to screen the call, generate your summary, and operate the service, and we retain it as described below.

3. How we use information

  • To answer and screen your incoming calls and generate summaries.
  • To send you SMS summaries and act on your replies.
  • To process your subscription and payments.
  • To provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the service.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your calls to send you marketing.

4. How we share information (service providers)

We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf to deliver the service. These include providers for:

  • Telephony & SMS — to route calls and send your text summaries.
  • AI voice and language processing — to conduct the screening conversation and generate summaries.
  • Payments — to process your subscription.
  • Email — to send sign-in links and account notices.
  • Hosting & error monitoring — to run and maintain the service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or others. If we are involved in a merger or acquisition, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and make them available in your account history, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You can request deletion of your data as described below.

6. Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account information in the app, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@oserion.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to correct it. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
